Finally, I’m able to make homemade bread(s)with the fall season approaching…. I appreciate this bread maker can make three different crustssizes, and can’t wait to make the other 14 items. Took me sometime to understand the functions on the panel, but after a little practice…found it easy to use. The recipe booklet was straight forward, however, the display console light only stays on for 15 sec’s, and I have to hit menu button to see what cooking phase the bread is at. Possible malfunction I was able to make sweet bread, and the house smell amazing. Really simple… just dump the ingredients according to instructions and press start. Clean up took minutes with a clean sponge and dry with a towel.. Marie. US. Mon Jul 13 2026

This bread maker has many different optionspresets for bread types, loaf weight, and loaf color. I was excited to find it had a gluten free preset. It’s been 10 years since I’ve attempted gluten free bread in a bread maker and this product handled gluten free much better than the one I used years ago. My only concern is the hinge connection for the lid - the metal at the hinge seems to bend with the weight of the lid when the lid is open which might cause issues in the future. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality and functionality of this bread maker.. Jessica. Mcdonald, TN. Wed Jul 15 2026

Two days in and already obsessed — Gourmia bread maker I'll be honest — I wasn't sure how much we'd actually use a bread maker. It seemed like one of those appliances that sounds great and then quietly collects dust on the counter. The Gourmia bread maker proved me completely wrong, and we're only on day two. The first loaf came out golden, perfectly crusty on the outside and soft inside. We followed a basic white bread recipe and it was genuinely better than what we grab at the store. But what really surprised us is how much more this machine can do beyond bread. Last night we used the dough setting to make pizza dough from scratch. It came out smooth, elastic, and easy to stretch — exactly what you want. The pizza we made with it was a hit with the whole family. And this morning? We tried making apple jam using the jam setting. We honestly weren't expecting much, but it turned out beautifully — thick, fragrant, and not too sweet. We're already thinking about what fruit to try next. The machine is intuitive, the display is easy to read, the programs are clearly labeled, and cleanup is simple thanks to the non-stick pan. For a compact appliance, it punches well above its weight. If you're on the fence, don't wait. This thing is a game changer for homemade cooking.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 29 2026

What a wonderful little tool! I’ve been wanting forever to get one of these bread makers! I also love that it came with a recipe book which features SO many recipes. I tried the easiest one (because I figured I couldn’t mess up) and did the Italian Bread. It took roughly 4 hours but it was nice and simple! I was so excited to cut into it I forgot to take a picture of the finished product. The bread came out of the pan with no issues what so ever and the unit itself is a little bulky, but it is great for the price. I know there are some models and other brands that are smaller, but they are also 3x the cost. Thank you Wayfair!. Alina. Farmingville, NY. Fri Mar 27 2020
