I LOVE these baking sheets!!! I have been using them with parchment paper and my food has tasted great! They clean up very well and look commercial. They stack nicely for easy storage. These 15.8" X 11.3" aluminum jelly roll pans are just what I need to update my baking pans. I've already washed them and added them to my collection. I usually bake with parchment, but these pans are nonstick so that's a benefit. The care instructions on the back of the packaging are worth reading. I was pleasantly surprised by these Jelly Roll sheet pans. They feel quite sturdy and thick not flimsy. They came packaged very well in individual boxes. The 15.8x 11.3 is smaller than what I usually use but they are great for baking cookies and of course jelly rolls. Will be using these for all my Thanksgiving and Christmas baking.. Luz.
