Really nice set, just what I was looking for. I purchased open box since I'm a bargain hound, and everything is perfect except for one issue. Apparently in pickup and delivery process, the box was roughly handled with the end result being the lovely, handled platter/tray, was in pieces. The box was a bit rough looking, but I was optimistic. So sad to hear the rattle of broken pieces when I picked up the box, and very sad that the platter didn't survive.. Judy. Vancouver, WA. We this dishware set for our camper and are very pleased with it. The quality is excellent, and each piece feels sturdy and well-made without being too heavy. They stack nicely and don’t take up much cabinet space, which is perfect for a camper. The dishes are attractive, easy to clean, and seem durable enough for everyday use.
