This candle lantern is shaped like a small woven tower, rising from a squared base to a peaked, basket-woven roof topped with a silver metal ring handle. Four arched openings run around the sides, left uncovered rather than filled with glass, so the woven pattern and any candlelight inside remain visible from every direction. Inside, a small half-moon metal bracket is set into the base to hold a pillar candle steady and centered. The rattan is worked in a natural tan tone throughout, with a tight, close weave across the roof that loosens into a more open lattice along the arched columns below. A solid woven panel forms the base, giving the piece a stable footing wherever it sits. With no glass insert or wiring, the lantern functions as an open-frame candle holder rather than a sealed enclosure, letting airflow and light move freely through the woven sides. Its slim, upright shape and neutral rattan tone make it easy to place on a mantel by itself or group alongside other woven baskets and ceramic pieces on a console table, coffee table, or open shelf, fitting naturally into coastal, bohemian, or simply textured, natural-material rooms.
