At the London Sip, our mission is to provideyouwith thehighest quality toolsto producecafe-quality coffee and teafrom the comfort of your own home. We have designed the perfect stovetop kettle, crafted from quality stainless steel, to be used with both traditional (ceramic, electric, gas) and induction style stovetops. What sets this kettle apart, aside from the ability to be used with all stovetop styles, is the color-coded thermometer integrated into the lid. Each color (with beverage callout) indicates the perfect temperature to warm water for teas or pour over coffee, the perfect temperature for warming milk and the ideal temperature for warming hot beverages for children. The goose neck spout offers precise pouring and control, essential to a good pour over coffee, while the tight-fitting lid prevents the lid from falling off when pouring or moving the kettle within the kitchen. In addition, the heat proof handle is angled away from the kettle keeping your hand further away from the heat of the kettle and stove. The 1.2 liter capacity is ideal for making your daily coffee or tea or for making up to three standard coffee cups worth of your favorite beverage to share with friends.

Best traditional kettle yet! Everything about this kettle is high quality. I've been searching forever for a tea kettle and this exceeded my expectations. The thermometer is accurate. I'm very happy with this kettle and use if every day.. Richard. Cold Spring, NY. Sun Oct 11 2026

The stainless steel classic whistling kettle adds a touch of contemporary style to the stovetop with its lustrous polished finish and timeless silhouette and makes an excellent gift. Useful for preparing French press coffee, oatmeal, and much more in addition to tea, the generous base size heats water rapidly, and a fixed single-tone whistle alerts when the water has reached a rolling boil. The Viking Stainless Steel 2.6 Quart Whistling Tea Kettles feature a 3-Ply base for even heat distribution that results in faster boiling. The elegant look includes a cast stainless steel handle that is riveted onto the pot for a lifetime of security and a comfortable grip while pouring and filling. The Viking Kettle is the perfect stove top accent for any kitchen and works on all stovetops, including induction. Featuring a classic design, these tea kettles bring a timeless look to any stovetop. The kettle body and spout are built with 18/8 stainless steel that is non-reactive and easy to maintain. Because the kettle is surgical grade stainless steel, it won’t impart metallic flavor into your water so you can enjoy the full-bodied flavor of your coffee, tea, instant soups and more. A thick aluminum core embedded in the stainless steel base heats evenly, allowing water to reach the boiling point more quickly than traditional kettles. The magnetic stainless steel base works on all cooktops, including induction. The Viking kettles include a glass lid that offers visibility into the heating progress for anyone that wants to debate whether or not a watched pot boils faster. Being able to see the progress of the water as it nears a boil also allows you to turn off the heat when you want to enjoy beverage that benefits from a temperature that is just off-a-boil. The levered one-touch spout includes a heat-resistant silicone cover and can be open and closed with a thumb or single finger. The spout's melodic whistle alerts you to when your water is ready to serve. Depending on how much water is in the kettle and how long it’s been boiling, heat may transfer to the handle, especially with gas stoves. Please be sure the lid is tightly seated in place before heating. Gas stoves heat more of the kettle itself, allowing the heat to travel through the body of the kettle into the handle much quicker, eventually becoming too warm to grip without protection. We always recommend using a hot pad or other protection when lifting a hot kettle until you know how it responds on your particular stovetop. This is so pretty! I’m doing a kitchen refresh and decided this would look great on the stovetop between the green cabinets with the off white tiles (not yet installed). The whistle is annoyingly loud, so you will hear it no matter where you are. You do have to flip the spout cover up independently of the handle I don’t mind, but you might. The kettle comes with a cover for the handle-you will appreciate it…the handle gets very hot.. Darcy. Chico, CA. Mon Aug 31 2026

Styled after the iconic Le Creuset demi kettle, the stainless steel kettle adds a touch of contemporary style to the stovetop with its lustrous finish and timeless silhouette, making it an excellent gift. Stainless steel is non-reactive, resistant to stains, easy to clean, and compatible with induction cooktops.

Primula’s Liberty tea kettle is beautifully crafted of polished stainless steel with an encapsulated stainless steel bottom. This aids in even heat distribution for quicker, more efficient water boiling. The stainless steel design is attractive with a shiny mirror finish, but it’s also functional as it guards against rust. This traditional shape has a removable lid with heat-resistant knob, a whistling spout with an easy to open trigger for even pouring, and a black looped handle made with phenol; which is used for high-temperature stability. This added feature helps keep your handle cool for safe, comfortable pouring. Primula’s Liberty tea kettle emits a pleasing whistling sound when the water reaches a boil. Perfectly created and easy to use, simply fill the kettle to just below the spout opening, replace the lid and place on medium heat on stovetop. Once it starts whistling, the water is ready and the kettle can be removed from heat and poured over your favorite primula tea.

Pito is a stainless steel kettle designed by Frank Gehry. The melodic top and the handle in mahogany have the stylized shape of two darting fishes. The melody produced by the whistle is likewise peculiar, it sounds like a whale's song. Gehry turned a kitchen utensil into a fascinating poetic object.

The 9091 kettle has a melodic whistle made of brass in a shape that has never been seen before and consists of two small vents in which the tuners that reproduce the notes mi and si are inserted. Richard Sapper created this kettle inspired by a childhood remembrance, the poetic sound of boats' sirens at the River Rhine: This is because the melody that accompanies the vapor outlet must be pleasant and not anxious like the whistle of boilers. This induction kettle is a polysensory object that will not interrupt an enjoyable break with a whistle but with a captivating melody.

This is a very beautiful looking kettle, except for the bottom connection to the base should have been a different material Because one mistake with the flame to high it started melting. Can that be correct. Thank you…. Roxanne. Brooklyn, NY. Wed Apr 05 2023
