Power through prep with the ZWILLING FRESH & SAVE Bowls—the comprehensive vacuum system that’s thoughtfully designed with a suite of accessories that make prepping, baking, and serving more efficient.Designed to work with the Fresh & Save bowls, our collection of accessories eliminate the need for additional kitchen tools by letting you grate directly into the bowl. The patented Z-Cut lid inserts feature sharp, 2-way cutting functionality that shreds and slices cheese and vegetables directly into the bowl. The splash guard keeps ingredients from splashing while mixing or whisking, reducing messy countertop splatter. And the non-slip silicone mat features precise measurements for accurate measuring, and a smooth surface for heat-safe, nonstick baking.

Wish I had bought these when I first saw them. I’m saving space, I’m not cutting my hand on the rickety cowbell style slicer I was using. And even better I can easily store these in my tiny cabinet. I love the large top lets you use all three size bowls to capture the grated remains. Id totally buy these again, even at full price as the quality of the blades and lid material too. J. Anonymous.
