Designed and engineered in the United States, this cookware features a durable, PFOA-free, 3-layer nonstick interior that is tough enough to withstand metal utensils and holds up to everyday use. Signature cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees F, so it can go from the stovetop to the oven for heating and cooking versatility, and stay-cool stainless steel handles provide heat resistance when cooking on the stovetop. Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Discover professional-level precision and performance with Calphalon Signature, and experience superior cookware that's built to last.

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026

Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning.. Love the pan, love the handle better than the other handles. So easy to take on & off. But wish the sides of the pan were at a slight angle instead of straight up because it's hard to flip eggs without a spatula. If it had that I would have rated 5 stars.. Sandy K.. Lemon Grove, CA. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gotham Steel Pro Premier Hard Anodized Cookware Set has been a real game-changer in my kitchen. With 13 pieces, it covers all my cooking needs, and its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my space. One thing that's truly impressed me is the hard anodized aluminum construction. It distributes heat evenly, so no more unevenly cooked meals. It's seriously transformed my cooking game – even tricky recipes turn out perfectly. And that nonstick surface they talk about? It's no joke. I've cut down on oil use, and food just slides off effortlessly. Cleanup? A breeze – a quick wipe and you're good. The stainless steel handles are a smart addition. They stay cool, so no more burnt fingers! The glass lids are a bonus too – I can check on my cooking without losing heat. Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. Here's the deal: while the nonstick surface is tough, you'll need to handle it gently with utensils to avoid scratching. And here's a heads-up – it really shines on low to medium heat, but when things get to medium-high to high heat, it can struggle a bit. Something to keep in mind if you're into high-temperature cooking. In a nutshell – the Gotham Steel Pro Premier Cookware Set is a winner. It not only looks great but also cooks like a dream. While it's not perfect, it's pretty darn close. Whether you're a cooking newbie or a seasoned pro, this set is a solid choice.. Cadenaam. United States. Wed Aug 16 2023

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off with my immediate first impression of this- I immediately fell in love with the color! As you can see, the color of this set goes very well with my kitchen and countertops. This makes is very elegant to see and looks very aesthetically pleasing! Now onto the cooking. It makes it very easy to cook. I made the eggs in the picture, and did not use any additional oil aside from the one that melts from cheese. It was very easy to take out of the pan- no sticking! I am curious to see how well it lasts in the long term. Hopefully with more and more use it doesn’t start warping. I really like the baking items as well. Making cookies was a breeze and for the most part easy to clean. I do wish the handles for the cookware were a bit sturdier and thicker. The pans and pots themselves feel very thick but the handles for pans and pots just seem too thin for the rest of the pan. That’s just my personal opinion though.. Jannettem4_4017. Mon Jul 07 2025
