The special features of each tool in this set are sure to bring your grilling game to the next level, and we can’t wait for you to see what a difference they’ll make in your backyard, too!

Overall good quality set. When I ordered, I didn’t check the size specifications and these are not as long as I would expect for a BBQ set, particularly for a high quality product from Wusthof. If you’re an experienced griller with a large grill, this set may not be suitable for a larger grill where length of the utensils is important to avoid reaching over a hot grill. With that said, the quality of the products is good and otherwise very functional.. Brian W.. Sun Jul 06 2025

The Tovolo 9-Inch Beat Whisk with Silicone-Coated Wires uses the classic French whisk shape, a slender cylindrical head with tightly spaced wires. That profile reaches into narrow pans, measuring cups and straight-sided bowls where a wider balloon whisk cannot. The close spacing breaks up lumps for smooth sauces, gravies and vinaigrettes. Springy wires whip air into custards, pastry cream and pancake batter. The silicone coating protects nonstick and ceramic cookware from scratches and makes whisking quieter in metal bowls. A heavy-duty stainless steel frame and an ergonomically shaped stainless steel handle give a comfortable, secure grip during long mixing sessions. At 9 inches long and 2.25 inches wide, it fits standard drawers and utensil holders, and the whole whisk is dishwasher safe.

The Tovolo 11-Inch Balloon Whisk pairs classic balloon-whisk aeration with silicone-coated wires that protect your cookware. Thin, springy wires with wide gaps pull more air into egg whites, heavy cream, meringue, and pancake batter for light, fluffy results. The wires flex naturally as you whisk but hold their shape through daily use. Their silicone coating will not scratch non-stick pans, ceramic bowls, or glass containers, and it quiets the clatter in metal bowls. At 11 inches long and 2.75 inches wide, the whisk reaches into big mixing bowls and handles bigger batches. A stainless steel handle with an etched label that will not fade or peel gives you a balanced, comfortable grip. It is dishwasher safe, or hand wash it in warm, soapy water.
