Q: Can I use this cookware on an induction cooktop? A: Yes. It works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, and is oven safe up to 500°F. With five versatile cookware pieces, you can prepare multiple dishes and move from stovetop to oven to table with ease. Q: Does enameled cast iron need seasoning? A: No. Unlike traditional bare cast iron, the enamel coating requires no seasoning and is ready to use right out of the box. Q: Why is food sticking to the pan? A: For best results, preheat over low to medium heat for 30–60 seconds, add a thin layer of oil, then place food in the pan. Allow food to naturally release before turning or removing. Q: Can I cook tomato sauce or other acidic foods? A: Yes. The enamel coating won't react with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, citrus or wine, making it ideal for a wide variety of recipes. Q: How should I clean and care for the cookware? A: Allow cookware to cool completely before hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes to help protect the enamel finish.

These pots are fantastic! I had gotten a more expensive set for my best friend and when I cooked at her place, I realized they werent really non stick. I got this set for myself as a try out. Its a smaller set but I wanted to cook with them first. They passed the eggs test with no green, and even stood up to my metal spoons and the dishwasher, which is rarely needed since the clean up is a breeze. Now let me tell you about the color and the outside. The enamel has a beautiful hombré, i chose the teal and have already burnt some potatoes, but not a mark anywhere. I can go on and on but I will say this, I am going to buy every piece of this cookware. I will not spend top dollar when I can get this quality at this price. Best pots Ive used in my 45 years of cooking!. Dania. US. Sun Mar 29 2026
