[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not sure what I was expecting from this machine but I was pleasantly surprised! It came packaged safely and nicely and when I pulled it out of the package I was excited because it was more compact than I thought it would be. Easily assembled and the water tank is in the back which is helpful that it's built into the machine and not a separate piece sticking out. It has a touch screen and has many customizable functions, grinds the beans and it was very impressive and made great espresso. Would recommend for a decently priced machine.. Midgetwarrior7. USA. A masterpiece of Swiss engineering, the new Z10 doubles the range of specialty coffees. At the touch of a button, it prepares the full spectrum of hot drinks from intense espresso to on-trend flat white. It also opens up a whole new dimension in the enjoyment of coffee with the introduction of cold brew specialties. This is made possible thanks to the Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.), which recognizes the chosen specialty and instantly and precisely adjusts the fineness of the grind accordingly. In addition, JURA has developed the pioneering cold extraction process – a quite literally refreshing innovation. In this process, cold water is slowly pulsed through the freshly ground coffee under high pressure. The result is a completely new way of experiencing coffee – refreshing, energizing, and with a wonderfully balanced aroma. This outstanding premium coffee machine features a double-speed 4.3” touch display and a blue crystal rotary switch. Thanks to the specialty selection menu, it's exceptionally easy and intuitive to use. The technological quantum leap is also reflected in sculptural design. The convex-concave front panel is visible proof of the attention to detail and absolute manufacturing precision. Its high quality makes the Z10 a statement of excellent taste.

I like it . The long version coffee in my opinion is too watery even though I use a strong coffee bean . And with four distinct user profiles, smart menus that update throughout the day based on your coffee routine and a 3.5-inch color touch display featuring an expansive menu of hot and cold recipes, coffeemaking at home is transformed from a daily to-do to a delightful moment that can match any mood, with any bean, any drink, at any time of day.

I’ve had this machine for about a month and absolutely love it. If you take the time to read the manual, you’ll discover that the level of customization is exceptional from temperature to bean grind to milk froth and more. I love that I can press a button to empty out the beans and grounds so when I want a decaf in the evenings I don’t get caffeinated grounds mixed in. I love that I can stop the milk or the espresso at any point during the brew to get just the right amount of my choosing. The self-cleaning features are great and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I bought two extra hoppers so we can just pop in different flavors easily. Very happy customer. Here’s hoping the longevity is great!. Jen. Raleigh, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

I have had 2 of the major espresso machines I feel this is as good as those. Even though this doesnt have the ground coffee feature which took up space in the machine I dont miss it, I hardly used it. I take the more streamlined style over bulky.. Timmy. US. Sun Mar 01 2026
