Footed Rustic Mugs & Teacups

A highly skilled artisan copper plate engraver, company founder and chairman Millwood Pines formed the Pottery business in the early 1970’s producing character jugs and figurines, and later the fine bone for which he would become globally renowned. His fine bone china clay (or “body”) was made with a blend of bone ash (44%), feldspar (30%) and kaolin clay (26%) to give the product an exquisite translucent appearance; yet it was found to be stronger and more chip resistant than all other porcelain products available. Every Millwood Pines ceramic product is made using a recognised premium grade fine bone china body following the same principles perfected two hundred and thirty years ago.

Too bad they were not larger.. Corinne. South Porcupine, ON. Fri Jul 19 2019

The Lyon collection features the brushed color glazed design that is in vogue, along with unique shapes. This collection comes in three different colors: Beige, Blue, Yellow

This coffee mug takes on a less conspicuous approach with its earthy colors. It stands out from traditional porcelain but keeps the attention on the food.

Happy with purchase. Olha. West Babylon, NY. Tue Dec 31 2019

Received our cupsmugs on time and intact. They add a wonderful touch of color. Holds an average size cup of coffee or tea. One edge is straight.. So it can work well for soup. The only issue was it come in case of 36. Its more for commercial use. But having a large group it will come in handy. I like them very much. Christine. Boynton Beach, FL. Tue May 19 2020
