Become a master at made-from-scratch bread with minimal effort. The Hamilton Beach® 2 Lb. Bread Maker lets you create fresh homemade bread without having to roll up your sleeves to mix and knead. It takes just 3 easy steps: add ingredients, select the cycle, and press start. With 12 program cycles, you can make everything from healthy whole grain and gluten-free loaves to dough for sweet, gooey cinnamon-raisin buns. You can customize bread your way with 3 loaf sizes and 3 crust settings for light, medium or dark crust. Before the second kneading cycle, the bread maker beeps to let you know it's time to add fruit, nuts, seeds or other add-ins to the dough. For easy cleanup, the removable nonstick bread pan, kneading paddle, paddle removing tool, measuring cup and spoon are dishwasher safe. The large digital display with countdown timer makes it easy to select your cycle and monitor the time left until bread is ready. It can be set in advance with the delay start cycle and after baking, the Hamilton Beach 2 Lb. Bread Maker automatically keeps bread warm for 1 hour. Recipes included.

This bread maker has many different optionspresets for bread types, loaf weight, and loaf color. I was excited to find it had a gluten free preset. It’s been 10 years since I’ve attempted gluten free bread in a bread maker and this product handled gluten free much better than the one I used years ago. My only concern is the hinge connection for the lid - the metal at the hinge seems to bend with the weight of the lid when the lid is open which might cause issues in the future. Overall, I’m pleased with the quality and functionality of this bread maker.. Jessica. Mcdonald, TN. Thu Jul 16 2026

Finally, I’m able to make homemade bread(s)with the fall season approaching…. I appreciate this bread maker can make three different crustssizes, and can’t wait to make the other 14 items. Took me sometime to understand the functions on the panel, but after a little practice…found it easy to use. The recipe booklet was straight forward, however, the display console light only stays on for 15 sec’s, and I have to hit menu button to see what cooking phase the bread is at. Possible malfunction I was able to make sweet bread, and the house smell amazing. Really simple… just dump the ingredients according to instructions and press start. Clean up took minutes with a clean sponge and dry with a towel.. Marie. US. Tue Jul 14 2026

What a wonderful little tool! I’ve been wanting forever to get one of these bread makers! I also love that it came with a recipe book which features SO many recipes. I tried the easiest one (because I figured I couldn’t mess up) and did the Italian Bread. It took roughly 4 hours but it was nice and simple! I was so excited to cut into it I forgot to take a picture of the finished product. The bread came out of the pan with no issues what so ever and the unit itself is a little bulky, but it is great for the price. I know there are some models and other brands that are smaller, but they are also 3x the cost. Thank you Wayfair!. Alina. Farmingville, NY. Sat Mar 28 2020
