The Tovolo Ground Meat Tool breaks up and drains ground meat in one step as it browns. Angled fins chop ground beef, turkey, chicken and sausage into even crumbles for tacos, chili, pasta sauce and casseroles. Perforated holes in the head let excess grease and fat drain back into the pan, so the meat comes out leaner. Use the same holes to scoop cooked meat into taco shells without extra grease. A tapered edge slides under food to flip and turn it and scrapes browned bits from the bottom of the pan. The nylon head will not scratch nonstick, cast iron or stainless steel cookware.
