This blender is powerful! It has two speeds, regular and turbo- which allows you to blend a variety of things. I got this because my original blender broke and I’ve been wanting to try an immersion blender. I was so pleased to see that not only did it come with the immersion blender, but also a food processor attachment. So I can even chop up vegetables when needed! There is also a whisk attachment, although the whisk doesn’t feel as sturdy. I have used the immersion blender for marinara sauce, which blended the tomatoes beautifully smooth, very quickly. I was more impressed with the smoothies though. I used frozen fruit, right in the measuring cup it came with. This blender powered through the rock hard fruit easily, I was very surprised. This makes blending super simple and takes up far less space than a traditional blender. I’m very happy I’ve added this to my kitchen toolset!
