[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gotham Steel Pro Premier Hard Anodized Cookware Set has been a real game-changer in my kitchen. With 13 pieces, it covers all my cooking needs, and its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my space. One thing that's truly impressed me is the hard anodized aluminum construction. It distributes heat evenly, so no more unevenly cooked meals. It's seriously transformed my cooking game – even tricky recipes turn out perfectly. And that nonstick surface they talk about? It's no joke. I've cut down on oil use, and food just slides off effortlessly. Cleanup? A breeze – a quick wipe and you're good. The stainless steel handles are a smart addition. They stay cool, so no more burnt fingers! The glass lids are a bonus too – I can check on my cooking without losing heat. Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. Here's the deal: while the nonstick surface is tough, you'll need to handle it gently with utensils to avoid scratching. And here's a heads-up – it really shines on low to medium heat, but when things get to medium-high to high heat, it can struggle a bit. Something to keep in mind if you're into high-temperature cooking. In a nutshell – the Gotham Steel Pro Premier Cookware Set is a winner. It not only looks great but also cooks like a dream. While it's not perfect, it's pretty darn close. Whether you're a cooking newbie or a seasoned pro, this set is a solid choice.. Cadenaam. United States. Wed Aug 16 2023

Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. These don't do that and -- in the one instance it happened -- it was very easy to wipe off the exterior. No scrubbing needed!. Jane. Milwaukie, OR. Thu Jan 18 2024

Designed and engineered in the United States, this cookware features a durable, PFOA-free, 3-layer nonstick interior that is tough enough to withstand metal utensils and holds up to everyday use. Signature cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees F, so it can go from the stovetop to the oven for heating and cooking versatility, and stay-cool stainless steel handles provide heat resistance when cooking on the stovetop. Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Discover professional-level precision and performance with Calphalon Signature, and experience superior cookware that's built to last.

I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026

Searched and tried out a few different pans for my new LG induction cooktop. I’d originally been looking for stainless steel pans, but came to the conclusion that they don’t make them like they used to, and so then looked for the hard anodized pans. I’m familiar with Judge as I am from the UK. I’ve been using these pans for a year, and am very satisfied with them. The sizes are great for 1-4 people I’d say. We’re a 2, and I use all sizes frequently. Love the frying pan size too. The non stick is great, they work very well on my induction hob, the clear glass lids work well as they have a steam hole. The stainless lid handles do get hot after a while of cooking. The handles do not get hot. They clean well in the dishwasher which was a requirement of mine. They also stack well in the cupboard..
