And of course, what good is a pan if you cannot bake in it? All of our pans are oven-safe for up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. GP5 incorporates 15 years of cook-centric innovations in one cutting-edge collection. These extraordinarily engineered pots and pans are in a class all their own. You may not notice the integrated technologies at first glance, but you’ll appreciate them when you start cooking. This set is designed to deliver everything from braised chicken thighs to simple morning eggs with ease. No matter what you’re making, you can use less oil and get more contact with this pan’s innovative Balance Pro Base.
