The Cabernet glass is perfect for full-bodied, complex red wines that are high in tannin. This glass shape has been redeveloped as part of this collection. Its diamond shape works beautifully for big and bold New World wines as the extreme angles offer more space to develop aromas. The generous size of this glass emphasises fruit, smooths out the rough edges and bitter qualities of the tannin, and allows wines to achieve balance. RIEDEL Veloce is an impressive development based on state-of-the-art technology from RIEDEL’s own factory. The series uses the latest manufacturing technology to create products that feel handmade but offer the precision of machine production. With a lighter and finer profile, the glasses are ideal for new world wines and feature a base inscription of each recommended grape variety. Premium machine-made and dishwasher safe. “PREMIUM” defines the advantage of a machine blown RIEDEL glass vs. A hand-made glass. The difference lies within the precision. Since RIEDEL glasses are fine-tuned instruments that support your wine enjoyment, we must make sure that there are no variances in the execution of the bowl and rim diameter, which is the key to our philosophy! This pack contains 2 pieces.

Beautiful, delicate, and generously sized. Arrived super fast!. Barbara. Raleigh, NC. Thu Jun 11 2026

I purchased a set of these in the champagne size/type to give as a wedding gift, and they fit the bill perfectly. The glasses are very elegant and delicate, and they look and feel expensive and finely crafted. The design is what I would describe as classic with a twist. The slight curve of the lip is just beautiful, and I think the style is versatile enough such that you could pair these with other serving items that are either modern or more classic in their aesthetic and it would all look cohesive. I recommend these without reservation. The one thing that surprised me upon seeing them in person is that the size of the glass bowl is a little larger than I was imagining based on the pictures, but it's not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. I should have realized this would be the case when I ordered them, as these have a 12.8 oz capacity and the typical champagne flute is more in the 7-10 oz. range.. A. Dc. Thu Feb 05 2026

Serve with ease, your way.
