Prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike, the 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware Set from Viking serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location. Revered by chefs worldwide, copper is recognized as one of the most efficient metals to cook with due to the exceptional heat transfer and control that copper provides. Copper cookware is an essential tool for creating amazing sauces and reductions as well as delicate preparations that require exacting temperatures like many desserts. Copper responds to temperature changes quickly, allowing you to adjust cooking temperature on the fly with faster results than other metals. The Viking 4-ply Contemporary Copper Cookware modernizes cooking with copper by adding an induction capable cooking base; traditional copper was not induction compatible. To make the pan induction capable, we grind the copper off the bottom of the pan, exposing the stainless steel layer. The multi-ply clad construction transfers heat efficiently across the bottom of the pan as well as up the sides. The exterior copper layer provides exceptional temperature control. The unexposed core is stainless steel and aluminum to transfer the heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The interior cooking surface is a non-reactive surgical grade 304 stainless steel which will not react with the acids in your food or impart a metal taste. The set includes domed metal lids that help lock in flavor as you steam or braise. The dome shaped lid helps the condensation fall back into the pan, keeping your food moist during cooking. The interior of the saucepan, sauté pan, and stockpot feature convenient measurement marking to allow you to add water without having to use a separate measuring cup. Signature Viking handles are solid cast from stainless steel and feature a heat break to help the handles stay cooler during use. They will get hotter during use when using a gas stove, so we always recommend using protection when touching cookware that has been heated. Viking Contemporary Copper is durable for stovetop use, functional enough to finish or cook dishes in the oven to 600°F and elegant enough to take to the table for serving. We recommend hand washing to maintain the luster of your cookware. Three pans, two lids, and one stack that fits where a full cookware set never could. The Alva Neat 5-Piece Set nests into a single compact tower, so a small kitchen, an apartment, an RV or a crowded cabinet gets a complete cooking range back. You get an 8.5-inch frying pan for eggs and quick sautéing, a 2-quart saucepan for sauces and grains, and a 3.5-quart stock pot for soup, pasta and batch cooking, with a tempered glass lid for each pot. Both lids have a built-in strainer and pour spout, so pasta and grains drain in the pot without a colander. The ceramic nonstick surface releases with very little oil and wipes clean in seconds. Oven safe to 400°F and compatible with every cooktop including induction. Ceramic is nonstick, not no-fat: a little oil, low to medium heat and hand washing keep it performing. Made without intentionally added PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead or cadmium. Backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

So compact and really nice pans. I got them for my son’s tiny apartment with a convention stovetop and it is perfect.. Mara. Charlotte, NC. Thu Oct 08 2026

Cook like a professional with this Gotham Steel 10-piece nonstick coating cookware set. Aluminum construction provides even heating and strength. The non-stick, dishwasher-safe ti-cerama coating delivers easy cleaning and lasting use.

Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gotham Steel Pro Premier Hard Anodized Cookware Set has been a real game-changer in my kitchen. With 13 pieces, it covers all my cooking needs, and its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my space. One thing that's truly impressed me is the hard anodized aluminum construction. It distributes heat evenly, so no more unevenly cooked meals. It's seriously transformed my cooking game – even tricky recipes turn out perfectly. And that nonstick surface they talk about? It's no joke. I've cut down on oil use, and food just slides off effortlessly. Cleanup? A breeze – a quick wipe and you're good. The stainless steel handles are a smart addition. They stay cool, so no more burnt fingers! The glass lids are a bonus too – I can check on my cooking without losing heat. Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. Here's the deal: while the nonstick surface is tough, you'll need to handle it gently with utensils to avoid scratching. And here's a heads-up – it really shines on low to medium heat, but when things get to medium-high to high heat, it can struggle a bit. Something to keep in mind if you're into high-temperature cooking. In a nutshell – the Gotham Steel Pro Premier Cookware Set is a winner. It not only looks great but also cooks like a dream. While it's not perfect, it's pretty darn close. Whether you're a cooking newbie or a seasoned pro, this set is a solid choice.. Cadenaam. United States. Wed Aug 16 2023

The M150 Copper Cookware collection's two-ply construction consists of 90-percent copper and 10-percent 18/10 stainless steel. The cookware's durable, ultra-thin stainless-steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of foods, while its 1-1/2-mm thick copper exterior heats evenly and conducts faster than other metals. In fact, copper is twice as conductive as aluminum and 10 times more conductive than stainless steel, which means fast, even heating and rapid cool down, providing chefs maximum control over the cooking process. Thoughtfully designed, the pan's two loop side handles come riveted for strength and stay cool to the touch on the stovetop for comfortable lifting or transport. Its matching lid fits securely to trap in heat, moisture, and nutrients, plus offers a looped, riveted handle for simple removal. The easy-to-clean cookware can be used on gas, electric, halogen, or induction (with a disc) cooktops, and it will even withstand an oven's heat..

It looks and handles like something straight out of a high-end chef’s kitchen. BergHOFF is a Belgian brand headquartered in Heusden-Zolder, Belgium, known for creating stylish, functional kitchenware that’s accessible for both beginner and experienced cooks. Their focus on thoughtful design, sustainability, and quality really shows in this piece. I used this saucepan on low heat to make a sauce, and the heat distribution was impressively even and controlled. It performed beautifully and felt incredibly well-made the entire time. Honestly… it’s the kind of cookware that makes you want to upgrade your whole kitchen just to do it justice Elegant, functional, and timeless — this one’s a standout.. Lizh217_9418. Thu Jan 08 2026
