Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026

Prized by professional chefs and home cooks alike, the 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware Set from Viking serves up superior performance paired with a beautiful, real copper exterior finish. Unlike some competitor cookware sets, the Viking 13-Piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set is made from real copper. Because of this, your professional cookware set will show color variations caused by heat, marks from fingerprints, and will develop a rich patina over time. These natural cosmetic changes to the copper will not affect its cooking performance. Easily keep your cookware set looking like new with a copper polish such as PennyBrite by EZ Brite or with a mixture of lemon and salt. Make pre-heating pans a thing of the past! Due to its high thermal conductivity, you’ll achieve perfectly uniform heating and unrivaled temperature control. Your copper cookware will not only heat up quickly, but it cools quickly as well, making it the perfect companion for cooks seeking precision and control in their cooking. That's why saucier’s and confectionerie’s prize copper cookware to handle these delicate tasks. When it comes to cooking with copper cookware, keep your heat low to moderate and let the pan do the rest! Featuring a durable 18/8 stainless steel interior, you'll never have to worry about copper or other metals leaching into your food. The aluminum-alloy core found in the Viking 13-piece Tri-Ply Copper Cookware set evenly transfers heat from rim-to-rim, eliminating hot spots and giving you the perfect sear each and every time. These metals distribute heat more evenly across the pan while also maintaining a higher cooking temperature, even while cooking on low-to-medium heat. Ergonomic handles reduce pressure on your wrists and ensure a comfortable grip. Vented, tempered glass lids help prevent boilovers and allow you to monitor progress without losing heat. The vented glass lids also provide stability on the pan, eliminating wobbling as steam builds up in the pan. The non-porous inner layer of stainless steel makes it easy to clean and sanitize yet it is non-reactive so there is no etching or interaction with acidic sauces or other ingredients ensuring that the cookware does not impact the flavor of your dish. The set also includes a single-ply stainless steel pasta insert that fits the 8-qt. stockpot, turning it into a multi-purpose pasta cooker. The pasta strainer allows you to cook and strain the pasta with the same insert, eliminating the need to use a separate colander or strainer. By removing the pasta directly from the stockpot, it allows you to save the water for finishing the perfect sauce just like professional chefs do. Keep the exterior of your cookware looking new by cooking only on low-to-medium temperatures and by regularly wiping it with a copper polish or by using a combination of lemon and salt. Washing your cookware by hand after each use and drying by hand as well will also help to keep its color uniform. It is recommended to store your cookware in a dry location. I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. My previous $60 set from a major online junk retailer (starts with A) has that.. Dirk. Calgary, AB. Mon Aug 10 2026

Revered by chefs worldwide, copper is recognized as one of the most efficient metals to cook with due to the exceptional heat transfer and control that copper provides. Copper cookware is an essential tool for creating amazing sauces and reductions as well as delicate preparations that require exacting temperatures like many desserts. Copper responds to temperature changes quickly, allowing you to adjust cooking temperature on the fly with faster results than other metals. The Viking 4-ply Contemporary Copper Cookware modernizes cooking with copper by adding an induction capable cooking base; traditional copper was not induction compatible. To make the pan induction capable, we grind the copper off the bottom of the pan, exposing the stainless steel layer. The multi-ply clad construction transfers heat efficiently across the bottom of the pan as well as up the sides. The exterior copper layer provides exceptional temperature control. The unexposed core is stainless steel and aluminum to transfer the heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The interior cooking surface is a non-reactive surgical grade 304 stainless steel which will not react with the acids in your food or impart a metal taste. The set includes domed metal lids that help lock in flavor as you steam or braise. The dome shaped lid helps the condensation fall back into the pan, keeping your food moist during cooking. The interior of the saucepan, sauté pan, and stockpot feature convenient measurement marking to allow you to add water without having to use a separate measuring cup. Signature Viking handles are solid cast from stainless steel and feature a heat break to help the handles stay cooler during use. They will get hotter during use when using a gas stove, so we always recommend using protection when touching cookware that has been heated. Viking Contemporary Copper is durable for stovetop use, functional enough to finish or cook dishes in the oven to 600°F and elegant enough to take to the table for serving. We recommend hand washing to maintain the luster of your cookware. Cook like a professional with this Gotham Steel 10-piece nonstick coating cookware set. Aluminum construction provides even heating and strength. The non-stick, dishwasher-safe ti-cerama coating delivers easy cleaning and lasting use.

Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning.. Great quality. We purchased these as the propane flames (natural gas not available in this part of the state!) made a sooty mess on the bottom of our old pots & pans. These don't do that and -- in the one instance it happened -- it was very easy to wipe off the exterior. No scrubbing needed!. Jane. Milwaukie, OR. Thu Jan 18 2024

Searched and tried out a few different pans for my new LG induction cooktop. I’d originally been looking for stainless steel pans, but came to the conclusion that they don’t make them like they used to, and so then looked for the hard anodized pans. I’m familiar with Judge as I am from the UK. I’ve been using these pans for a year, and am very satisfied with them. The sizes are great for 1-4 people I’d say. We’re a 2, and I use all sizes frequently. Love the frying pan size too. The non stick is great, they work very well on my induction hob, the clear glass lids work well as they have a steam hole. The stainless lid handles do get hot after a while of cooking. The handles do not get hot. They clean well in the dishwasher which was a requirement of mine. They also stack well in the cupboard..
