[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years we gathered a variety of baking sheets/pans. The non-stick ones coatings started peeling. The aluminum ones looked very bad and it was time to find some stainless steel baking sheets. These are perfect. They are heavier than I expected and look like they will last for our lifetime! I wish I had invested in something like this right away. They are certainly more expensive than what you would find on large on-line retailers, but their is absolutely no comparison with quality.. Heidi S.. Thu Jan 08 2026

I cannot overstate how solid and thick these pans are. They will never warp in the oven, and you could even put them on the stovetop to mix up a last-minute sauce. These are solid enough to to function as squared sauté pan - for example, I could use them for resting steak, collect the drippings, and put them on a low cooktop burner to add some shallots, butter, garlic and a little bit of broth..
