I bought these in the black. I'm pleasantly surprised at how nice these are. The are a nice powdered metal. The instructions are really simple - you can either drill holes into the cabinet or just use the adhesive strips. They do include some metal inserts that you can use for organizing, which is a nice touch. They are still pretty sturdy when you extend them all the way. Unfortunately, I was trying to install these under my kitchen sink but there was a pipe in the way back that I didn't know was there. So it didn't fit :( so I'll have to try these in my daughter's lower kitchen cabinets. They will work great for regular cabinets like that.
