Great set, struggle fitting some pieces in the dishwasher though so should be mindful of that. Sadiah. Fargo, ND. Wed Apr 22 2026

There's a quiet confidence to a table set with Lake Country. Finished in a soft matte grey with a reactive glaze, each piece in this Gibson Elite collection carries its own subtle swirl of tone and texture, so no two are ever exactly alike and every place setting feels a little more considered. The 12-piece stoneware set includes four 10.8-inch dinner plates, four 8-inch dessert plates, and four 6.1-inch (27 oz) cereal bowls, enough for four full place settings whether that's a weeknight dinner or a table full of guests. Fired at high heat for durability, the stoneware resists chipping and holds up to daily use, and every piece goes from the dishwasher to the microwave to the table without a second thought. The round silhouette and soft matte grey tone move easily between a casual weeknight table and a more dressed-up spread, so it never feels like a one-occasion set. Lake Country also makes an easy gift - for a wedding registry, a first apartment, or anyone setting up a kitchen that should feel like their own. Quintessentially sophisticated and thoughtfully versatile, Gibson Elite offers a tasteful blend of form and function brought to a myriad of dinnerware, serving ware, and tabletop accessories. Quality in material selection and stylish aesthetics in designs and glazing techniques provide endless possibilities for creative tablescapes and dining occasions.

Impress your guests with this premium dinnerware set. Brimming with an eye-catching style, this must-have item adds a touch of fun to your dinner table. You can mix and match with casual pieces or keep them for special occasions and or holiday meals.

Perfect farmhouse dinnerware nicely sized, especially the mugs which are nicely weighted and not too large like many mugs are now days. The dishes are a pleasing medium gray color with darker speckles and bronze/brown-colored rims. This dinnerware seems to be of decent quality and does NOT get hot in the microwave. One mug came with a chipped rim, and another had a defect inside; one plate had a deep scratch, so I have requested replacements. I used sandpaper on the unglazed bottoms where they were a little rough, so they won't scratch the other plates when stacking. Hopefully, this set won't have to be babied too much because it is basically what I was looking for and was reasonably priced: $40.00 on sale. Unfortunately, this set is made in a communist country, and Wayfair needs to be more transparent about country of origin in their descriptions.. R. Newfolden, MN. Tue Feb 28 2023
