A perennial favorite, Shell Bisque distinguishes itself through its thin porcelain body. Soft, translucent glazes are applied by hand, leading to complementary hues where every piece has its unique shade. Compared to the polished pastel interior glazes, the exterior unglazed bisque finish has a grainy sandy eggshell texture. The high firing temperatures of these pieces make them strong and functional. Sustainable and stylish for any occasion.

Beautiful set! We get so many compliments on our Shell Bisque place settings. They look great, and it's so convenient that even though they're ceramic, they're also dishwasher and microwave safe.. Mandy. Saint Joseph, MI. Wed May 08 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a new set of plates as our old ones are starting to chip. I was a bit nervous about these being shipped to me, but thankfully everything arrived intact! The color was slightly different from what I was expecting, but overall these are good plates.. Ar93.
