[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to can, but the cutting and chopping of vegetables took too long. This mandoline makes quick work of cutting vegetables, and it is very uniform. I have already saved hours of work. It is also very safe compared to other mandolines I have worked with. I have used it for cucumbers, daikon, carrots, and now for julienne used in kimchi. If I could give it higher than 5 stars, I would. I recommend every foodie to buy this tool. You will not regret it.. Purlygirl. Mon Oct 12 2026
