Cast Iron Skillet Set for Passionate Cooks: Our cast iron skillet set is built for everyday cooking, with great heat retention, even heating, and durable construction. Whether you're searing, stir-frying, or simmering, this set supports a wide range of cooking styles. It fits all stovetops and helps you prepare delicious meals with ease.

Stainless steel sears. Non-stick releases. Most kitchens need both, which usually means two sets of pots and pans competing for cabinet space. The Lexi Home 7-Piece Cookware Set puts both on one surface. Each piece is tri-ply stainless steel cookware, built with an aluminum core between two layers of steel for even heat across the pan. The cooking surface is etched in a diamond pattern. Raised steel handles the sear. Non-stick in the recesses handles the release. Eggs slide free. Steak builds a crust. Pan sauces start from the fond, not from scratch. That is the working principle behind hybrid cookware, and the reason one etched non-stick cookware set can do the work of two. The set covers the core of daily cooking for home chefs. A 10-inch skillet for eggs and quick sears. A 2.7-quart saucepan for grains and sauces. A 4.2-quart sauté pan for one-pan dinners. A 4.8-quart casserole for soups, braises, and pasta. Three lids hold in heat and moisture. Every piece works on gas, electric, and induction cooktops, moves from stovetop to oven - without the lids - up to 500°F, and goes into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. With steel on every exterior surface and steel on the cooking peaks, this kitchen cookware set is built as durable cookware for daily use. Hybrid performance, without the hybrid price tag.

This not only enhances the flavor and texture of your dishes but also helps to preserve the integrity of the cookware. In addition to its exceptional performance and durability, the Viking 12-piece cookware set comes with a limited lifetime warranty. I've had Farberware stainless for 50 years, so I trust the brand. I wish they'd put another sauce pan (mid size) in the set rather than 2 skillets. And I'd like a lid for each pan - interchangeable would be fine. The small sauce pan doesn't come with a lid and the lids don't fit the small skillet. I do like the glass lids.. Vivian. High-performance Stainless: Stainless steel cooking surface does not discolor, react with food, or alter flavors. Perfect for a variety of cooking techniques.

Awesome! Last set of Cuisinart lasted 15yrs. Love your sales! Well, what I thought was a good deal, is not!!! My stainless steel cookware is pitting and I am not very happy. Says that there's a 30 day return policy. I understand, but the pitting in the cookware shouldn't be happening when the cookware is this new. We have a gas stove but do not cook at a high temp. Please let me know what you can do to assist me in this matter. I would be happy with a credit to Wayfair and then find another cookware set. Thank you for your time.. Faye. Owatonna, MN.
