I adore this cake pan. I got this to make little cakes for tea parties with my friends, and it works PERFECT! Once I finally mastered how to use baking spray like the packaging suggests, it worked like a charm. I was able to get three batches out of a single 13.25 oz box of cake mix. It’s a beautifully shaped cakelettes pan. I’ve never had/used cast iron and let me tell you IT IS VERY HEAVY! I broke both my wrist and have a lot of decreased movement and lifting strength. I’m not able to lift and hold this cast iron baking pan. If you don’t have any issues with your hands or wrists, I recommend this pan.
