With its haptic surface and natural structure, many people prefer wood over other materials. The typical attributes of this unique material are frequently lost, however, due to excessive surface finishing and covering paints and varnishes. The new TEXTURA range of mills uses the typical material attributes of wood in order to achieve a sensory experience that is unique for seasoning mills. Through the use of a special sand-blasting process on the TEXTURA the structure of the wood is enhanced, which makes working with the mill a particularly tactile experience. To fill the mill, the top of it is removed upwards. The TEXTURA mills feature the proven CeraCut® grinder, which is made from high-quality ceramic and is infinitely adjustable from fine powder to coarse grind. This also enables coarse rock salt or the larger varieties of pepper to be ground reliably.

Was looking for a cool mis-matched abstract style salt & pepper mill, so I was thrilled to stumble across this pair of misfits. They are a nice large size, look exactly as pictured, and so far work great. Yes, they do leave debris behind where they sit, but that's been the nature of every mill I've ever owned, so not an issue for me. My only complaint so far is that I haven't found a way to adjust the pepper grind size, so it comes out a bit chunky. I'm a pepper lover though, so it's not detrimental to my review. 5 stars all the way!. April. San Angelo, TX. Sun Oct 26 2025
