Really nice set, just what I was looking for. I purchased open box since I'm a bargain hound, and everything is perfect except for one issue. Apparently in pickup and delivery process, the box was roughly handled with the end result being the lovely, handled platter/tray, was in pieces. I've been using the Lenox Blue Bay 12-Piece Dinnerware Set for a while now, and I really like it. The blue pattern is simple but pretty, and it makes the table look a little more special without feeling too fancy. The plates and bowls feel solid, but they're not too heavy. So far they've held up well, and I haven't had any issues using them regularly. They also stack nicely and don't take up much cabinet space.
