I got these, along with another pair of stemless wine glasses, for my daughter and her partner as a housewarming gift. I will comment here on Wayfairs customer service. The first pair had chips on the base. (I was only able to upload one picture, so included that photo here.) I used their online return service and was told that the replacements would be shipped quickly. There was no reason to return the chipped pair. I provided a closeup photo of the chipped bases.
