This trivet is crafted and hand-painted by artisans in Mexico using traditional pottery techniques. It is highly textured and unique. The trivet is gorgeous, yet very functional. Lead-free, dishwasher and microwave are safe.
Very nicely made, surface is straight, no dips or bulges, colors are vibrant. Yes, it is textured, that is the nature of this type of pottery.
