I purchased these fun hobnail martini glasses for an antique secretary turned into a bar. I knew I wanted something more retro looking. I tend to use it for margaritas as that’s my drink of choice. At 11.5 oz that’s a good size for a frozen drink and your hands don’t get cold holding it. I went with the pink for girls night at my house. Beautiful and functional, the Intermezzo collection with its distinctive blue drop in the stem has captured the hearts of both critics and consumers through the years, Designed by Erika Lagerbielke in 1985.

Maybe it's the handblown creation of the crystal glasses in general, but the two sent by you are slightly shorter, lighter weight and the blue teardrop less prominent than the others I already owned. The purchase was to replace a glass I had broken. But, I could not pair either of the two glasses you sent with those in my glass cabinet. They did not look as substantial.
