I actually purchased this toaster a couple years ago. It's still working great! The only thing I wish B&D would have done was to add a light to the 'Bagel' and 'Frozen' buttons to ensure they are engaged. The buttons are small and a couple times I've pushed them to turn on the feature only to realize AFTER the toast cycle was complete that the button did not engage. So now, I'm careful to watch the toast for a few seconds after I push either button to ensure it has engaged. Otherwise, this is a good 'lil toaster that I recommend and would buy again.. Veeka.
