This seemed like a great idea in theory, but after having my family use it for a while, I found that it can create a pretty big mess. If the bowl is not positioned directly under the dispenser, loose sugar and crushed cereal can end up all over the counter. You also have to press the handle down slowly and carefully because it is very easy to dispense too much and overfill the bowl. On the positive side, I was able to fit a normal-sized cereal bowl underneath without any problem. The dispensers were also easy to put together and easy to clean because the openings are large enough to reach inside. Overall, it is a useful product and does help organize cereal and other dry foods, but it takes a little practice to use without making a mess. This was a hit with my company's assortment of cereal for their employees. I have always wanted a dispenser like this. After surgery making a simple bowl of cereal was a hardship and I thought getting something like this would make it much easier and I would have to be up on my feet for a shorter time and not have to lift anything other than a bowl. The Frosted Flakes were a huge mistake. The dispenser just crushed the cereal and made a huge mess. The granola worked fine but the vibration of dispensing the granola shook cereal crumbs out of the other dispenser. I will say easy to take apart and clean.
