Disappointed – Received Two Broken Units Due to Poor Packaging I ordered the Upgraded Airpot Coffee Carafe with Double Pump 84oz/2.5L Stainless Steel Drink Dispenser and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I received two separate units, and both arrived broken. The most frustrating part was that the packaging had little to no protective material inside—no adequate cushioning or protective layers to prevent damage during shipping. The product itself looked promising, but I never had the chance to actually use it because both arrived damaged. After receiving two broken replacements, I ended up returning them. Wayfair should improve the packaging process for this item because a stainless steel dispenser still needs proper protection during transit.
