This stoneware dinner plate is a super-nice canvas for presenting a variety of culinary masterpieces. Stoneware is a type of fired ceramic dinnerware, made of clay that is fired at a high temperature until it has the consistency of glass. This results in a very strong material with a stone-like look and quality. This stoneware plate will bring a contemporary appeal to your dining table and its minimal design will look pretty cool when paired with contrasting color dinnerware. One plate may just not be enough, mix and match with our other stoneware dinnerware pieces for a unified look. Your best friend won’t mind getting a practical gift like this for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any other occasion.

Love love love this entire line. We replaced a set of 25 year old dishes with these. I ordered 4 of the square dinner plates for serving. They don't stack as flat as the round version and take more room in the dishwasher so not practical for everyday use. Ordered everything else in round--dinner, salad, cereal, and very cute appetizer plates (4 1/2" diameter)--great for rolls/butter, underplates for condiments etc. there are a few differences in thickness in everything-plates and bowls. If you are a perfectionist, beware! But I like this unexpected characteristic--makes it seem closer to hand made. Highly recommend.. Lee. Stevenson, MD. Wed May 06 2026

This traditional Mexican pottery is crafted and hand-painted by artisans in Mexico using traditional pottery technique. Each piece is highly textured and unique. These pieces are gorgeous, yet very functional. Due to the hand-crafted nature, each piece may have slight variances in size or design. These nuances add to the beauty of the product. Lead-free, dishwasher and are microwave safe.

I really like the artisan touch on these Camargue Handmade 12 dinner plates! The raised paint strokes makes you realize these took time and effort to make. They are solid and have some weight. The size is great for big meals or meals from a grill. The one thing that is a con in my opinion is when these were painted on the backside, the mechanism used to hold the plates while being painted leaves a gap or space where the paint does not appear on the back on both plates, so it looks a tad uncompleted on the back. This does not affect the appearance on the front, which is where you can see when using them though. Overall, it is mostly done professionally and stylishly, with just that one minor flaw, and Im happy with them as they are so unique.. Teresa. OH. Sun Jul 10 2022
