These are pretty good pans. The metal has a good thickness to it and the sides are nice and high. The texture of the metal worked well with the non-stick coating. Nothing I made stuck. They did twist a bit while cooking but not enough to effect what I was making. I hand wash mine because they clean up so well. These are sufficient quality pans.. A. Jeanette. WI. Mon Sep 07 2026

I expected these to be bigger but that’s my fault. I didn’t pay attention to the measurements. These are 13”x9.5” so think of a little bit bigger than printer paper. They are great quality and I love the six pack. I can think of so many ways to use these, regardless of size. So in the end, I’m very happy!. Susan. Galena, OH. Fri Nov 10 2023

There's a lot to love about these pans. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their weight. This half sheet pan was larger than I expected. It’s not as heavy as I thought it would be, it’s pretty light. It does suggest you hand wash this pan which isn’t a problem for me but may be for some. I baked some frozen biscuits, using parchment paper and they came out perfectly. The pan didn’t warp in the oven, which I was concerned about because of how light the pan is. Overall, I’m very satisfied with purchase.. Elle. Chicago, IL. Thu Nov 09 2023

After 40 years of marriage, some of the wedding gifts start looking pretty bad, especially baking pans. I really needed some long cookie pans, which also could be used for toast because I like to make toast in the oven as opposed to a toaster. Mine pans are warped and totally discolored. I ordered a set of three through the Tried and True program, but I got a notification that they were out of that particular one and to re-order something else which I did. The ones that I ordered the second time were much smaller and had a higher lip around the sides. At first, I was very disappointed because I thought it would not bake very many cookies or toast, but after using them, I’m happy that I got these as opposed to the first ones I ordered. I have a very large pan for when we have company and the grandkids are in town, but since it’s just myself and my husband, this is perfect for us. Even at high heat, the pans kept their shape. I know, baking over time will leave residue but what little was on there I just wiped off with a paper towel and they looked so good. Of course I did wash them, but it has a wonderful finish to it. I would recommend these pans, I love the size and the sturdiness of the pan.. Emily. Milton, FL. Fri Sep 11 2026

Really like the cookie sheets. They clean up great and help bake my cookies evenly. The non-stick is awesome and things just slide off the sheet onto my cooling racks. I have removed one star because they are heavier than normal cookie sheets that I have like this. It makes it difficult to remove from oven.. Nicole. New York. Sun Sep 13 2026
