The modern look of this placemat is sure to give any table an edge. Its innovative design combines stylized netting with metallic foil for a unique update on contemporary linens. At first glance this design appears to be real metal, however, upon closer inspection, it is clearly a very sophisticated and refined textile. Another great Wayfair purchase..they are exactly what I needed and they are huge!!.. as you can see in my photos they accommodate our huge 11 inch plates ... which by the way were also a Wayfair purchase...there is plenty of room for silverware and napkins, they are made so well they flat regardless of being bunched up in my kitchen drawer!! They wipe clean in a heartbeat.. we have spilled everything imaginable on them and they simply do not stain! The color is right on and exactly what I wanted , you cant tell what they are made of until you actually go up and touch them.. these look like high-quality heavy linen placemats and these were a fraction of the price that I saw in the home stores in the mall ..the shipping was free, I actually purchased two sets of these because I love them so much, you cannot beat these , they lay flat and because of the weight of them I can actually set my table hours before we sit down and I do not have to worry about them flying away! Im actually purchasing more as housewarming gifts everyone will love these!. Jocelyn. Valatie, NY. Wed Jul 21 2021
