Professional Series – the Gotham Steel Pro Collection was created with chefs and cookware pros in mind. Stronger than stainless steel cookware, the hard-anodized aluminum exterior is dense, nonporous, highly wear-resistant, and conducts heat incredibly well for the ultimate professional performance. The hard anodization process also ensures your cookware will stand up to years of use.

Some of my pieces came scratched on the outside. I called Gotham Steel and asked him if that would affect performance and he told me to email pictures with my Wayfair receipt.UPDATE!! I sent the pictures and receipt & was told they could replace up to 2 pieces OR if I returned the set they would replace the entire set. I asked for just 2 pieces to be replaced. They did that and additionally sent a lid for one of the pieces. They came quickly and the customer service was great. Highly Recommended for easy clean up and quality of cookware (they’re nice and heavy too!) .. Lisa. Cincinnati. Fri Dec 06 2024
