Some of my pieces came scratched on the outside. I called Gotham Steel and asked him if that would affect performance and he told me to email pictures with my Wayfair receipt.UPDATE!! I sent the pictures and receipt & was told they could replace up to 2 pieces OR if I returned the set they would replace the entire set. I asked for just 2 pieces to be replaced. They did that and additionally sent a lid for one of the pieces. They came quickly and the customer service was great.
