With five versatile cookware pieces, you can prepare multiple dishes and move from stovetop to oven to table with ease. Q: Does enameled cast iron need seasoning? A: No. Unlike traditional bare cast iron, the enamel coating requires no seasoning and is ready to use right out of the box. Q: Why is food sticking to the pan? A: For best results, preheat over low to medium heat for 30–60 seconds, add a thin layer of oil, then place food in the pan. Allow food to naturally release before turning or removing. Q: Can I cook tomato sauce or other acidic foods? A: Yes. The enamel coating won't react with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes, citrus or wine, making it ideal for a wide variety of recipes. Q: How should I clean and care for the cookware? A: Allow cookware to cool completely before hand washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners and sudden temperature changes to help protect the enamel finish.

I think this is the most beautiful dutch oven, and I get questions from guests about it all the time! It cooks things perfectly, and I've had great success making sourdough bread in it too. I've found the light color can get smudges baked on when you put it in a high-heat oven, but they came off really easily with a magic eraser sponge. If you're concerned, I think the black version is just as beautiful, but I love how the mint green looks in my kitchen. Highly recommend!. Edm. Wed Mar 12 2025
