Love. The biggest pan has gotten a lot of use. It does seem to have some discoloration but in its defense it did get used on high on a gas stove which is discouraged in the literature. That relative is now delegated to egg and potato peeling exclusively.. Kelley. Memphis Tn. Wed Sep 16 2026

Cooking with this set has been so quick and easy. The pots and pans heat up quickly and the food cooks so well. Everything just slides out of the pans which makes cleaning a breeze. I have yet to have anything stick to them. I especially love the smaller pot. Not every set comes with a pot that size and it's something I use quite often. The lid handles do get quite hot and I have to use something to lift them off but it's not a huge inconvenience. Overall, I am pleased with this set and love the way food cooks and ease of cleaning.. Searched and tried out a few different pans for my new LG induction cooktop. I’d originally been looking for stainless steel pans, but came to the conclusion that they don’t make them like they used to, and so then looked for the hard anodized pans. I’m familiar with Judge as I am from the UK. I’ve been using these pans for a year, and am very satisfied with them. The sizes are great for 1-4 people I’d say. We’re a 2, and I use all sizes frequently. Love the frying pan size too. The non stick is great, they work very well on my induction hob, the clear glass lids work well as they have a steam hole. The stainless lid handles do get hot after a while of cooking. The handles do not get hot. They clean well in the dishwasher which was a requirement of mine. They also stack well in the cupboard.. Love the pan, love the handle better than the other handles. So easy to take on & off. But wish the sides of the pan were at a slight angle instead of straight up because it's hard to flip eggs without a spatula. If it had that I would have rated 5 stars.. Sandy K.. Lemon Grove, CA. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gotham Steel Pro Premier Hard Anodized Cookware Set has been a real game-changer in my kitchen. With 13 pieces, it covers all my cooking needs, and its sleek design adds a touch of elegance to my space. One thing that's truly impressed me is the hard anodized aluminum construction. It distributes heat evenly, so no more unevenly cooked meals. It's seriously transformed my cooking game – even tricky recipes turn out perfectly. And that nonstick surface they talk about? It's no joke. I've cut down on oil use, and food just slides off effortlessly. Cleanup? A breeze – a quick wipe and you're good. The stainless steel handles are a smart addition. They stay cool, so no more burnt fingers! The glass lids are a bonus too – I can check on my cooking without losing heat. Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. Here's the deal: while the nonstick surface is tough, you'll need to handle it gently with utensils to avoid scratching. And here's a heads-up – it really shines on low to medium heat, but when things get to medium-high to high heat, it can struggle a bit. Something to keep in mind if you're into high-temperature cooking. In a nutshell – the Gotham Steel Pro Premier Cookware Set is a winner. It not only looks great but also cooks like a dream. While it's not perfect, it's pretty darn close. Whether you're a cooking newbie or a seasoned pro, this set is a solid choice.. Cadenaam. United States. Wed Aug 16 2023
