I got the 6” style. I know they have taller mills but I just wanted a simple set to keep on the kitchen table. These are not heavy, even filled. They are made of acrylic. Because of that I would be careful about them getting placed down hard on the table or falling onto the floor. They are a beautiful rich red burgundy. Just twist for fine or untwist for coarse results. Easy-peasy. There is a clear “P” and an “S” engraved on the top of the twist knob. I had to use a narrow spoon to guide the salt and pepper into the mills. Sightly narrow opening but not too difficult to maneuver. Happy with these, the style, the look screams elegance.. Kimberly.
