I decided to send these back when I realized they are not really stay-cool handles. The fine print on the manufacturer's website essentially tells you to always use a pot holder. For this kind of money, and given the high quality of the non-stick finish, they should have put silicone on the handles for handling them. recently had the chance to try this out, and overall, it was a solid experience. The quality really stood out right away, and you can tell there was attention to detail in how everything was put together. It met my expectations in most areas and even exceeded them in a few. There were a couple of small things that could be improved, but nothing major enough to take away from the overall experience. Customer service was smooth and helpful, which made the process even better. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something reliable and well-made. I’d also consider coming back again in the future.. Anonymous. Tue May 19 2026
