A longstanding heritage, made new for your tabletop or bar collection, 10 Strawberry Street Mexican Glassware is the stunning result of artistry meeting function. Since the 1500s, when glassblowing was first introduced to North America, artisans in Puebla have preserved this traditional technique—blowing into a metal conduit to shape and spin glass heated to a molten state in a classic hearth. Passed down through generations, this craft continues today with an eco-friendly twist. Each piece is made from recycled cola bottles—each color uniquely forged by a different artisan—and is completely lead-free, ensuring they are as sustainable and safe as they are timeless and beautiful. However, this cultural art is increasingly at risk, as fewer in the upcoming generations are training in the skill, making each handcrafted piece a true treasure of tradition.

I like these glasses but be aware that the colour is not as shown I the photos. It is a much more olive green colour. I was okay with that. They are also a little on the small side. Maybe it’s my bad for not looking closer at the description but I was expecting glass and these are plastic! It could be said clearly in the title or images. I wouldn’t have willingly paid that much for plastic cups but still decided to keep them they had some very sticky labels that left glue and was hard to remove so that could be improved too. Otherwise they are pretty for plastic. Anonymous. Sat Sep 05 2026

Great. Just as described. Nicely packaged. Janice. Seattle, WA. Mon Jan 31 2022

The size of the glasses are just perfect. Love the textured surface. The only reason I didn’t give them a “5” is because the plastic is a bit thick - I suppose that helps with being “shatterproof”. Sorry my photo uploaded sideways.. Shannon. Durango, CO. Sun Apr 18 2021
