The flatware itself was nice, however Wayfair messed up the order not once, not twice, but three times. The description says service for 12, but its really 3 boxes of service for 4. They kept sending me one single box when I needed 3. If this happens Id suggest calling them, not doing the texting option because they didnt understand what they were doing wrong.
