The cabernet glass is perfect for full-bodied, complex red wines high in tannin. Its diamond shape works beautifully for big and bold new-world wines as the extreme angles offer more space to develop aromas. The generous size of this glass emphasizes fruit, smooths out the tannin's rough edges and bitter qualities, and allows wines to achieve balance. The Extreme glasses are named after their extreme contours. The bowls mimic polished diamonds and their wide angles allow plenty of room for the wine to breathe. They are specifically designed to enhance and emphasize the pleasant softness and generally fruity notes of the new-world wines.

These were the same glasses used for tastings we attended at some of the premier wineries in Napa. For our budget, the quality is great.. Sean. OH. Tue Oct 27 2026

You immediately sense Kahler's heritage of proud, traditional craftsmanship when you hold the stem and drink from the new wine glasses in Kahler's Hammershoi series. The proportions are balanced and classic, and the design language of the wine glasses in interaction with the iconic grooves highlights the classic, yet contemporary expression of the series, which is eternally current on the table. The grooves almost rise up and carry the round bowl at the top. Notice also the details, where the stem tapers both at the top and bottom – a clear reference to the design tradition that is the hallmark of a Hammershoi vase. The glasses come in a package of two red wine and white wine glasses, in either a clear version or a version with a green stem and base, which adds yet another new dimension to both the iconic grooves and the table setting.

ELEGANCE WITH AN EDGE The Vera Wang Luxe Graphite Collection is an elevated selection of tableware, teaware, drinkware and decorative pieces. The Chardonnay glass is perfect to reveal the intensity of full-bodied white wines, including the wine's multi-layered aromas. With a larger volume, the wide open-mouthed bowl enables the rich bouquet to develop its wonderfully diverse range of aromas, emphasizing the finesse while minimizing the risk of richer style white wines becoming over-concentrated. RIEDEL Veloce is an impressive development based on state-of-the-art technology from RIEDEL’s own factory. The series uses the latest manufacturing technology to create products that feel handmade but offer the precision of machine production. With a lighter and finer profile, the glasses are ideal for new world wines and feature a base inscription of each recommended grape variety. Premium machine-made and dishwasher safe. “PREMIUM” defines the advantage of a machine blown RIEDEL glass vs. A hand-made glass. The difference lies within the precision. Since RIEDEL glasses are fine-tuned instruments that support your wine enjoyment, we must make sure that there are no variances in the execution of the bowl and rim diameter, which is the key to our philosophy! This pack contains 2 pieces.
