I love hot piping coffee in under two minutes. I rarely make a full pot just for myself, so this brews hot tasty coffee FAST! Very smooth, no bitterness, and having both pots are a bonus. I used the hot water on demand to make instant oatmeal, hot chocolate, etc. Not having to heat hot water in the microwave or waiting on a tea kettle to boil is a real bonus of these pour-over machines. Buy one and it will be the last coffee machine you ever have to buy.. Michael. Sparta, IL. Wed Nov 14 2018
