All I can say is WOW! It was so easy I didn’t think it was working. Amazing results. Haven’t had bread this good in ages. Stopped buying it a long time ago because of bioengineered ingredients and lack of quality. Reviews said machine would make bread baking easy but I didnt think it would be this easy. Put ingredients in and then went outside to garden. Came back inside to a wonderfully formed golden loaf. Will try my hand at making a starter to see about sourdough bread. Cant wait to bake a couple of loaves, dry them out for use in Thanksgiving stuffing. The machine makes a nice high loaf. I had to use another storage container because the regular bread keeper was too small. Please note that the machine does not start kneading after hitting the start button. It takes a while for it to get to a required temperature before starting to mix all ingredients. This info was not in the booklet. Had to google if this was normal. Beyond happy with this purchase.. Two days in and already obsessed — Gourmia bread maker I'll be honest — I wasn't sure how much we'd actually use a bread maker. It seemed like one of those appliances that sounds great and then quietly collects dust on the counter. The Gourmia bread maker proved me completely wrong, and we're only on day two. The first loaf came out golden, perfectly crusty on the outside and soft inside. We followed a basic white bread recipe and it was genuinely better than what we grab at the store. But what really surprised us is how much more this machine can do beyond bread. Last night we used the dough setting to make pizza dough from scratch. It came out smooth, elastic, and easy to stretch — exactly what you want. The pizza we made with it was a hit with the whole family. And this morning? We tried making apple jam using the jam setting. We honestly weren't expecting much, but it turned out beautifully — thick, fragrant, and not too sweet. We're already thinking about what fruit to try next. The machine is intuitive, the display is easy to read, the programs are clearly labeled, and cleanup is simple thanks to the non-stick pan. For a compact appliance, it punches well above its weight. If you're on the fence, don't wait. This thing is a game changer for homemade cooking.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 29 2026

What a wonderful little tool! I’ve been wanting forever to get one of these bread makers! I also love that it came with a recipe book which features SO many recipes. I tried the easiest one (because I figured I couldn’t mess up) and did the Italian Bread. It took roughly 4 hours but it was nice and simple! I was so excited to cut into it I forgot to take a picture of the finished product. The bread came out of the pan with no issues what so ever and the unit itself is a little bulky, but it is great for the price. I know there are some models and other brands that are smaller, but they are also 3x the cost. Thank you Wayfair!. Alina. Farmingville, NY. Fri Mar 27 2020

I love this bread machine. I've used it 5 times now. It produces far better loaves than my previous bread machine. The mechanism that adds raisins and/or nuts has quite a loud click click click to it and didn't empty out completely into the loaf pan - but it works well enough. I can live with that though - considering the excellent quality of the bread loaf itself that this thing produces.. Heidi. US. Sat May 09 2026
