We tried different degree of silicone and finally we choose the one which has just the right amount of firm and flexible. We also upgraded the core. So it is sturdier and core won't come through the spatula. Firm enough for stirring anything especially very thick mixtures. The spoon shaped spatula is very versatile. It’s great for cooking and spooning your food into serving dishes or onto plates as well as using while prepping baking goods.
