I was not expecting a set when this was delivered, but I really love Tovolo products, so I am absolutely okay with this. I like utilizing wood and silicone utensils to help protect our cookware. One thing to consider is staining, which I normally can avoid by cleaning it right away or a soak in very hot water. I havent had any issues yet, but with a different brand of silicone I have.. The spatula head surface is smooth, which hopefully means that design won’t peel or scratch off, but it hasn’t gone through any washings yet, so I can’t say for sure. This spatula is better than I expected. It is bigger than a normal sized one and has a heavy-duty handle. I love the recipe on the back.
